Holiday Inn Express & Suites- Sugar Land SE - Missouri City, an IHG Hotel

I loved the location of this hotel! It’s located in a relatively quiet neighborhood so I didn’t have to worry about highway noise or other disturbances during the night. It’s surrounded by multiple places to eat and shop and was about only 10 minutes away from Smart Financial Center.

We loved the location. Could not have asked for a better location.

Breakfast had a variety of options with low carb healthy options and nothing ran out. There was always plenty of food and beverages. Coffee had coffemate creamer, not just half and half and sugar. Everything was so clean and new. Easy access to everything in Houston and near by. There is a changing table in the women's public restroom which was a huge score after breakfast. The pool was very clean and well maintained. There is a clean workout center on site. There are sanitizing stations throughout the building. We got a crib provided for the five nights we stayed. The beds were so comfortable after spending a fun day in Houston. Easy access to internet was a plus and there are meeting rooms and laptop charging tables in the lobby. Love the side door entry when parking is maxed out with easy tap key entry. Our trash cans were emptied every day to keep the room smell free and clean after diaper changes and pullups dumped in the trash.

Clean property, comfortable beds and pillows, good service from breakfast team, housekeeping, reception, 10min walk to restaurants

Overall excellent experience all staff are friendly, breakfast very good ,all family have a great experience and we always give priority to choose your hotel whenever we plan to visit USA.
